In 2011, a new Medicaid and CHIP enrollment program started in Texas. That program ended on February 10, 2012. Did you enroll during that time? Today, you have what’s called a “Main Dentist.” This is your primary dentist. If you did not request HomeTown Dental, Fort Worth (Sycamore) to be your “Main Dentist” you might have been automatically assigned to another dentist.

- Call the dental plan (DentaQuest or MCNA Dental) you were assigned to
